Still many people feel guilty, or feel like they do it too often, or that it is a second best substitute for "real" sex. We think it's important to get it out there and make people feel better about what they're doing - and for those who may not, we want to promote it! For many, masturbation is the cornerstone of a healthy and good (sexual) life. It's not second best - it can give you the information and awareness you need to enjoy yourself as human. Self love is the start for everything.
